Level One of the program, is focused on how to manage and present yourself. In Level Two, provides you with the optimum behaviors that help you to meet, and exceed your customer’s expectations.

I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to the DSCT Level Two program. The last couple of years have been difficult for all of us. However, nothing lasts forever, not even a pandemic. It’s time to look forward and DSCT Level Two is part of our business recovery plan. The program continues to provide you with the flexibility to learn where and when you want.
The aim is to help you deliver a Ducati luxury experience in line with our customer’s expectations, and in doing so help you achieve your career goals. I’m extremely happy to see almost 500 participants joining us across 15 countries. I wish you all the very best.
